I am an associate senior lecturer (tenure track) at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences of Lund University.
Before, I had postdoc positions within CRC 1173 wave phenomena at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (2018-2022, with W. Reichel) and at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim (2015-2018, with M. Ehrnström). I obtained my PhD in Mathematics at the at the University of Hannover in 2015 under the supervision of J. Escher and Ch. Walker.
My research interests concern the modeling and analysis of partial differential equations. I am particularly interested in equations describing phenomena arising in fluid dynamics. Modeling, well- posedness, existence/nonexistence of solutions, as well as qualitative properties including stability, symmetries and decay rates build the main focus of my research. More information about my research interests and activities can be found here.
